Terms governing your use of the PianoCloud™ app and DCM-1 device

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PianoCloud™ mobile application and DCM-1 Piano Climate Monitor device ("Service") operated by PianoCloud Corporation ("we," "our," or "us").

IMPORTANT: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

Not a Safety Device: The DCM-1 is a monitoring tool, not a safety-critical device. Do not rely solely on it for piano protection.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PianoCloud Corporation from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

The DCM-1 hardware reports to the PianoCloud cloud, and the cloud delivers alerts to your phone. Both are required — the Device does not function without an active PianoCloud Monitor subscription associated with the Device.
