The POWER LED on the PLSS panel should be steady green. If it's off or flashing, check that the system is plugged in and the outlet has power.
If the WATER LED is flashing, the humidifier tank needs to be refilled. Follow your Piano Life Saver® system's instructions for adding water.
If the PADS LED is flashing, the humidifier pads may need replacement. Contact your piano technician — this is a routine maintenance item.
Verify your WiFi router is working and the DCM-1 is within range. DCM-1 uses 2.4 GHz WiFi only (5 GHz is not supported). If the issue persists, contact support.
