30-day return window
You may return your DCM-1 for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the unit price. To qualify for a refund, the unit must be unmodified — no firmware tampering, no enclosure damage, all included parts present.
How returns work
- Standard returns: the buyer pays return shipping. Pack the unit securely and ship to the address below.
- Defective units: if your DCM-1 is defective, contact us for an RMA. Blue Sky Fusion pays the return shipping and you can choose a full refund or a replacement unit.
- Refund processing: once we receive and inspect the returned unit, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
What's not covered
- Units returned after the 30-day window.
- Units with physical damage from misuse, mishandling, or non-recommended power sources.
- Units with modified firmware or tampered enclosures.
- Subscription fees (PianoCloud Monitor) — subscriptions are managed through the App Store / Google Play under their respective platform policies.
