How to request deletion of your PianoCloud Monitor account and the data associated with it

This page explains how to delete your PianoCloud Monitor account, operated by PianoCloud Corporation. You can request deletion directly from inside the app or by emailing our support team. Both paths result in the same outcome.

Option 1 — Delete From Inside the App (Fastest)

  1. Open the PianoCloud Monitor app on iOS or Android.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Tap the Settings tab (gear icon in the bottom tab bar).
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately.

The in-app deletion path is available to every user at all times, including during a free trial or active subscription.

Option 2 — Delete by Email Request

If you cannot access the app (for example, you uninstalled it), email support@pianocloud.ai from the address associated with your account with the subject line "Delete My Account". We will process the request within 7 business days and confirm by reply when deletion is complete.

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days:
